Tracking

Our tracking team will be active 24/7 for you and your drivers , providing updates to the brokers , tracking the trucks, trailers, loads and drivers trough the GPS , using the most performant maps and tracking apps, and the latest AI technology to can warn and prepare the drivers for a traffic control or weigh stations.

Will be always here to help the drivers with pick up numbers , addresses, suggested routes . Our tracking team will be a bridge between the drivers and the brokers , accounting and safety department .

They will make sure that the BOLs and PODs will be sent in real time before drivers will leave the facility to the brokers , will insert the loads in TMS and will upload all the paperwork necessarily for the invoices .
Tracking will be the first contact in an emergency need of the drivers they can assist in traffic delays , in winter time and bad road condition rerouting the drivers to the most easy and safest route .

Maintenance program

Our fleet manager recommends:

  • Wet pm every 30 miles to 35K miles where we do an oil change using a 10W 30 oil , replacing the fuel filters , greasing truck , trailer and 5th wheel , checking the tires PSI, any fluids or air leaks.
  • Dry pm every 15K-17K miles replacing the water fuel separator filter, greasing the equipment, check the tires and air leaks.
  • checking periodically the breaks .
